ABOUT 1ST TOUCH SOCCER TRAINING
Based in the greater Albuquerque metro area, First Touch Soccer Training is a club and team neutral supplementary soccer training company that provides individual, small-group (up to 4 players), and team (up to 18 players) training for both youth and adults. In today's modern game players need supplementary training to truly maximize their full athletic potential. This is the main reason behind creating First Touch Soccer Training. First Touch offers youth and adult players supplementary 45-minute high intensity training sessions that can be scheduled around each clients team training schedule. Training locations currently include The Center and Balloon Fiesta Park.

I’m extremely passionate about the game on an individual and team level. I love to see my First Touch clients improve and succeed on the field of play. I have been involved with the game for more than 35 years as a player or coach. I have both a USSF A and National Youth coaching license. My experience also includes a vast playing career at almost every level in the U.S. including; NCAA Div. I, PDL, USL A-League, and MLS. Some of my coaching highlights over the years include coaching various youth sides to highly successful national level results including a USYS Far West Regional Championship Final, USYS National League Championship, and a appearance at the prestigious USYS National Championships. I have also been a head coach at the USL Premier Developmental League level working with numerous top NCAA Div. I and II athletes. Over the years, I have had the pleasure of working with many talented players at various levels of their careers. I’ve been told I’m a challenging, and insightful coach. My professional experience, knowledge, approach, and successful track record of developing top level players will provide the traction necessary for my clients to hit the ground scoring! I personally work with each trainee to help them achieve their individual soccer related goals. I push, motivate, and challenge all my clients. Early on, I identify what each client is capable of. Next, I create a individualized performance plan based on age, current ability, and positional needs. The final outcome is to guide each client so they maximize their potential within the beautiful game.

The Team Training Session & Coach Consultation is the ideal session to truly make an impact in a team training environment. These 90 min. training sessions are designed specifically to improve each players technical ability and tactical functions. These sessions are ideal for coaches focused on maximizing their overall team performance and aiding in their continued coaching education and development in a practical setting.
